Box 5307, 610 McArthur Hall, 245 Barr Avenue, Mississippi State, Mississippi 39762. Electronic Bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on March 16, 2023.
